ANNE CAMPELL LAW (nee MCINTYRE), RN (RETIRED) October 15, 1912 - August 13, 2005 Died peacefully, two months short of her 93rd birthday at Golden West Centennial Lodge. Anne was predeceased by her husband David in 1998; and by brothers, Dugald (Velma), Archie and Robert; and sisters, Sadie (Arthur Saderson) and Margaret; as well as sister-in-law Jean; and brother-in-law John. Surviving are a daughter Dawne; son Brian (Margaret); and granddaughters, Krista and Tara, sister-in-law Roberta (Clifford) Kolody of Ottawa ON; and brother-in-law Sindney Larger, Whiterock, BC, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Anne will be fondly remembered by dear friends Doris Holmes and family and Olive and Wally Birrell who gave true meaning to friendship and loyalty. Your love and caring is greatly appreciated. Born in Graysville, Anne grew up on the family farm in the Carmen area. Anne graduated from the Portage la Prairie school of nursing in the 1930s and worked in Cunora, SK where she met and married David in 1940. Due to Dave's work, they lived in several cities during their married lives. Anne and Dave were founding members of Silver Heights United Church in 1955 and Anne continued to be member of Westminster United Church. A memorial service will be held at Golden West Centennial Lodge, 811 School Rd. (corner of Ness Avenue), Tuesday, August 16 at 2:00 p.m. Major R. Jennings officiating. No flowers please. Donations may be made to Golden West Centennial Lodge, in care of Major R. Jennings or to a charity of your choice. Reception to follow at the lodge. Arrangements care of Doyle's Funeral Home in Carman, Manitoba.
