Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWINNIFRED KATHLEEN BISSON Peacefully, on August 14, 2005 at the St. Boniface Hospital, our cherished mother and grandmother, Winnie Bisson passed away, with her family by her side. Winnie was predeceased by her husband John (1986). She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory sons, Ted; Rick and his sons, John and Rick; Ross (Judy) and their daughters, Meghan and Chelsi; her sisters, Elsie McLellan, Ester Price and Nina Gillan. A very artistic person, Winnie enjoyed many arts and crafts, which included her macrame and jigsaw puzzles. In her younger years, Winnie also had a passion for her CB Radio. Winnie was a loving and devoted mother whose family always came first. She left a lasting impression on everyone she met, and she will be missed. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dorothy of Palliative Care, St. Boniface, for your sincere care and compassion. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 19 at 2:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day Street with Rev. John Holmen officiating. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, if friends so wish, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or to St. Boniface Palliative Care. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
