Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLINDA ELIZABETH BARANOSKI June 29, 1944 - August 18, 2005 Linda Elizabeth Baranoski, aged 61 years, of Winnipeg, MB, passed away at home on Thursday, August 18, 2005. She leaves to cherish her memory Kasmer Baranoski; daughters, Sandi, Joanne and Janice; son Kenneth and grandchildren, Justine and Christopher. Also surviving are sister Sylvia; brother David; niece Nancy; as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends. Linda grew up in Thunder Bay, ON, a place she loved to return to as often as possible to visit family and friends. She married Kasmer Baranoski in 1966 and has moved to Winnipeg, Portage la Prairie, Gilliam, Ignace, and finally back to Winnipeg in 1987, where she resided for the remainder of her life. After raising her own children as well as numerous neighbourhood children that she loved to babysit, Linda decided to educate herself in computers and return to work. For many years she was employed at Alphair Ultra Span, a job she loved, where she met many people that she was honoured to call her friends. After retiring two years ago, Linda has enjoyed visiting her grandchildren, going for drives to see the countryside and recently joining the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 22 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Viewing and Prayers will be held on Sunday, August 21 at 7:00 p.m. also at the Chapel. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Linda's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Our beloved mother and friend, we love you very much.
