Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAUL REEVES BERGMAN Peacefully on August 18, 2005, Paul Reeves Bergman passed away at Golden West Centennial Lodge at the age of 84. He was predeceased by his son Eric; brother Dennis; and wife Margaret. He is survived by his sister Veronica; partner Irene Downes; daughter Gail (Lewis); sons, Mark (Patricia), Kelly (Sandy), Glen (Velvet), Michael (Shafia), Christopher (Linda); and thirteen grandchildren. Paul was born in Winnipeg of an Icelandic family. He served as a decorated Wellington Bomber Pilot in the Second World War attached to the R.A.F. in North Africa. Paul was a real Manitoban outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing throughout his life. His Christian faith was always a great sustenance. He has laid down his burden and is at rest with the Lord. Cremation has taken place and a funeral liturgy will be said at Golden West Centennial Lodge, 811 School Rd. (corner of Ness) St. James, Winnipeg on Sunday, August 21 at 11:00 a.m. If friends so desire, donations in Paul's memory to Parkinson's Society Manitoba, 302-7 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 1M4 and Grace Hospital, 300 Booth Dr., Winnipeg, MB R3J 3M7 would be very much appreciated. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; Old things have passed away; Behold, all things have become new.
