STANLEY WOLOSHYN Stanley Woloshyn, aged 73, of Beausejour, MB passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 21, 2005 at the Beausejour Hospital. He is survived by his daughter JoAnne Fandych (Brian), sons Doug (Lori) and Jeff (Clarice), his mother Nettie Kamanski, grandchildren Jay-Lynn Fandych, Aaron, Adam, and Mark Woloshyn, brothers Len (Holly), Eddie; sisters Anne (Ron), Jean (Karl), in-laws Grace Patzer (Clifford), Art Kowalke (Dianne), Ron Kowalke (May), Len Kowalke (Lynette), Bernice Rach (Dennis), Lawrence Gera and Jean Woloshyn as well many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Norma, brothers Ray and Harry, sister Mildred Gera, sister-in-law Darlene Zirk, and parents-in-law William and Lena Kowalke. Stan had a zest for life! He lived for his family, friends The Gang , bowling, square dancing, jam sessions at the Legion and Sunday dinners at JoAnne's. He loved Vickie's coffee time and scooping out the newest construction sights. Stan knew everybody, no matter where he would go, he would run into someone he used to work with in construction. Unfortunately, in September 2002, Stan lost his wife Norma, the love of his life, in a tragic accident. He has missed her dearly and now they are together forever. He is now singing back-up for Johnny Cash and dancing polkas with his sweetheart. You will be missed Stosh! A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 25 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel with Rev. Hugh Laidlaw officiating. Interment will follow at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Honourary pallbearers will be The Gang. • Uncle Stan will be missed a lot. I have wonderful memories of the many times spent with him and Aunty Norma. I can always hear them laughing while playing wist. My mom told me how her and Aunty Norma would always cheat and how the guys would never catch on. Uncle Stan could last longer on the dance floor than me. The last polka I had with him was at Jeff's wedding. I take comfort in knowing that my Mom's 2 most favorite people in the world are with her now and I can hear the laughter from above. . - Posted by: susan litz (Family) on: Aug 23, 2005
