JAMES GEE (JIM) CLARK 1910 - 2005 With the constant love of his family, peacefully at the Salvation Army Grace Hospice, much loved father to Don (Valerie) Clark of Galiano Island, B.C. and Irene (Hez) Withers of Toronto. Jim was grandfather to Ian (Helen), Julia (Ira), Jonathon (Heather), Simon (Hatty), Amy and Blake; great grandpa Jim to Amanda, Claire, Danielle, Justin, Emily, Findlay and Andrea; cherished, enjoyed, honoured and visited by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nephews and nieces. Jim was a good friend to many at Fred Douglas Place. He was predeceased by his first wife Kathleen (Francis) in 1936 and Beatrice (Bea Hunter) his wife of 54 years. Jim was the oldest child of Dave and Ethel Clark of Virden, MB and brother to Irene (Read), David, Neil, Harry (Hap) and Edith (Fenwick). They were treasured by us all, and showed us how to live. We will miss you all. Jim Clark was a proud and valued employee of Manitoba Hydro retiring in 1975. The family extends many thanks to all the staff at the Salvation Army Grace Hospice. Cremation and a private interment has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Knox United Church, 400 Edmonton Avenue with a reception to follow at Fred Douglas Place, 333 Vaughan Street on A floor. No flowers please but donations to the Salvation Army Grace Hospice, 300 Booth Drive, Winnipeg, MB R3J 3M7 would be appreciated.
