FRED BULLMAN Peacefully on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at East Gate Lodge, Beausejour, MB Mr. Fred Bullman passed away at the aged of 96 years. Fred was born in Volhynia, Russia on February 18, 1909 and immigrated to Canada in 1912. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Martha in 1987; parents, Adolf and Paulina; son-in-law Steve Holigroski; brothers and sisters-in-law, Carl (Evelyn) Herman, Emil (Lena) August, Alex, Daniel (Florence) and sister Edith (Vern Byhre). Fred will be sadly missed by his daughters, Betty Holigroski (Ted Karklin), Celia Singbeil (Lloyd); son Donald (Faye); and special friend Helen Leitenberger; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; brother Bill (Pearl); sister-in-law Jean Bullman; sister Alma; sisters-in-law, Olga and Dorothy Bullman and Hertha Weidner and also many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Zion Lutheran Church on Monday, August 29 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Hugh Laidlaw officiating. Interment will follow in Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Sunday, August 28 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Avenue East, Beausejour and at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations may be made to East Gate Lodge or Beausejour Primary Healthcare Centre, Box 1690, Beausejour, MB R0E 0C0.
