ASHLEY DAWN SMALL It is with great sadness the family wishes to announce the sudden passing of Ashley Small on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Ashley was born in the Women's Pavilion in Winnipeg on June 27, 1988. She enjoyed listening to music and watching her soaps. Ashley leaves to mourn her passing her father Ken Small and mother Kate (Jeff); sisters, Vanessa (Wayne) and Jessica; stepsisters, Charlene (Keith), Brenda, Angela (Gord) and Wendi (Ken); special friend Wayne Pankiw; aunts, Gladys (Moe), Eileen (Dale), Margaret (Marshall), and Laura; uncles, Bradley, Denny, Mark (Brenda) and Chandler. Ashley was predeceased by her grandparents, Stewart (Edna) Cook and Dave (Elma) Small; grandma Grace Mcleod and one aunt Joyce McRae. Active pallbearers will be Ken Kirner, Cliff Russell, Derrick Chief, Dennis Yaroshinski, Steve Richards, and Chandler McLeod. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark McLeod, Bliss Lavalee, Dale Boutilier and Wayne Pankiw. A prayer service will be held on Sunday, August 28 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk followed by a wake at the Scanterbury Hall in Scanterbury, MB at 4:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 29 at 2:00 p.m. also in the hall. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
