HAZEL JENSEN (nee FORZLEY) Suddenly on July 17, 2005 at her home in Oceanside, CA, aged 80 years. Born October 6, 1924 in McCord, SK, Hazel leaves to mourn, her sons, Thomas and Kelly (Caroline); her daughter Katherine (Jeff); grandchildren, Courtney, Lauren, Kristin, Sara, Erik, Spencer and Haley all of California; her brothers, Fred of Winnipeg, Jim (Hilda) of Kelowna; sisters, Mary and May (Ralph) of Vancouver; sister-in-law Evelyn of Assiniboia; and many nieces and nephews. Hazel was predeceased by her husband Kristen Jensen; parents, Kelly and Sarah Forzley; brothers, George and Edward; sisters, Rose and Evelyn; brother-in-law John; and sister-in-law Olga. A memorial celebration of her life was held in Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Oceanside, CA.
