JACK CLARE ALEXANDER METCALFE Born: May 5, 1943 Passed away: August 26, 2005 Note: change in date and time of service Peacefully with his family by his side, Jack passed away on Friday, August 26, 2005 at the Tiger Hills Health Centre, Treherne, MB, at the age of 62 years. Jack leaves to cherish his loving memory, his beloved wife, Patricia Denise Metcalfe (nee MacDonald) of Treherne, formerly of Thunder Bay, ON; daughter, Dena Marie Hillary Metcalfe; son, Neil Clare (Tammy Leona) Metcalfe (nee Ogilvie); grandchildren, Brett and Danica Metcalfe. Jack was predeceased by his parents, Hilliard Clare and Jean Isabel Metcalfe (nee Sanderson) and by brother, Bruce Metcalfe. Funeral service will be conducted from the Treherne United Church, Treherne on Thursday, September 1 at 11:00 a.m. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Jack's memory to the ALS Society of Canada, 265 Yorkland Blvd., Suite 300, Toronto, ON M2J 1S5 or to the Tiger Hills Community Foundation, Box 342, Treherne, MB ROG 2V0.
