BICHUN JIN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bichun Jin on August 26, 2005 with her husband Jiankang Sun and six close friends by her side, at Riverview Health Centre, Winnipeg after a three year long courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 25 years, Jiankang Sun, her mother Reiming Jin, sister Xiulan Sun and brother-in-law Jueming Yang, god daughter Yiyi Yang, brother Xiping Jin and sister-in-law Linqin Shi and a number of cousins, nieces, nephews and alot of friends. She was born on October 5, 1948, Shanghai, China. She came to Canada in 1986 and lived in Winnipeg since 1993. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and travelling. She was a loving, sweet, generous and kind woman. Sincere gratitude to all our friends for their many acts of kindness, help, love and support during her illness. Special thanks to Dr. Czaykowski at CancerCare Manitoba, Dr. Olafson, Dr. Lipschitz and all stuff at GH4, GA4 and GB3 at Health Sciences Centre, Dr. Shadd and all stuff at 3E, Riverview Health Centre for their dedicated care of her. Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 3 from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 4 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing one hour prior at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bichun's memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave. THOMSON IN THE PARK FUNERAL HOME AND CEMETERY 1291 MCGILLIVRAY BLVD.
