MARY KATHERINE LEATHERDALE (nee McCALLUM) It is with great sadness that that the family announces the passing of Mary Leatherdale (nee McCallum) on August 30, 2005 at the Victoria General Hospital. Mary was born on February 13, 1916 in Moose Jaw, SK. She was predeceased by her husband Clair in 1982 and her daughter Anne Jones in 1965. Mary is survived by her son Paul (Lynn) and her two grandsons, Robert and Craig of Winnipeg; daughter Kathie (Bill) and granddaughter Kristee and grandson Campbell of North Vancouver; she is also survived by her sister Margaret McFarlane and nieces, Janet Joyce and Andrea Tremaine. Mom loved her summers at Clearwater Bay, ON (56 of them) and was fortunate enough to spend the last three weeks of her life with her family at the place she loved the most. A reception celebrating Mary's life will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2005 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in The Coutu Funeral Home, 680 Archibald St. Her family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Victoria Life Line and to all the doctors and nurses at Victoria General Hospital who cared for her. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's memory may be made to the Victoria General Hospital Foundation Inc., 2340 Pembina Hwy., R3T 2E8. The Coutu family in care of arrangements: E. J.
