Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKIMIE (KAY) MATSUKUBO (nee OMOTO) Kimie passed away peacefully on Friday, August 26, 2005, at the Victoria General Hospital, at the age of 91 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Leonard (Janet), Ken (Christine), Brian (Marcia); seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Sue Yoshino, Florence Hirose and Kiko (George) Hirose. Kimie was predeceased by her husband George; and her brother Toshio Omoto. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 1 at 1:00 p.m. at the Manitoba Buddhist Church, 825 Winnipeg Ave. We would like to thank the staff of the Vista Park Lodge for the care and kindness provided to our mother. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice.
