MARIE AGNUS BUTLER January 25, 1923 - September 7, 2005 It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Marie Agnus Butler, beloved mother, Nan and Great-Nana on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, ON. Marie Butler passed away at the age of 82. She was the daughter of the late Anthony and Minnie Butler of Halifax. She is survived by her son Keith and Wendy; daughter Marilyn and Randy; grandchildren, Ken and wife Marla, Tammy and Chris, Tara and Chad Petriw. Great-grandchildren, Braden, Taylor, Christopher and Brooklyn. Marie's sisters, Marg Butler, Jean Young; sister-in-law Gloria Butler, as well as many nieces and nephews, all of Halifax, NS. She was predeceased by her brother Bill Butler and sister Rita Nehilly, both of Halifax. Mom's wishes are to thank her dear and wonderful children and many friends for their love and kindness throughout her years. The family would like to thank all doctors and staff at Grand River Hospital for all the compassionate care and support during this time of need. Cremation has taken place and Mom's final wishes to have her ashes released at a designated site in Halifax, NS at a later date and time to be arranged. God bless you Mom, Nan and Great-Nana.
