Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARRY EDWARD GRAHAM Harry Edward Graham of Binscarth, MB passed away September 21, 2006 at Russell District Hospital at the age of 84 years. After a lengthy stay at the Russell Hospital, he quietly passed away. Harry had spent his entire lifetime in Binscarth and the surrounding community. He was a man of many interests and influenced many others through numerous venues. Although many recognize him through politics, Harry knew others through agriculture, Masonic lodge, church, sports associations, hockey, curling, golf, bridge, community centers, school boards, and hospital boards. He was a true philanthropist of many talents, sorrowfully missed by family, friends, colleagues, and all who met him, nationwide. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Margaret (nee Leckie) and one son Walter George. Surviving are his wife Velma; three sons, Bruce (Roxanne) of Binscarth; John (Enid) of Dauphin; Henry (Kathy) of Winnipeg; his two daughters, Dianna (Peter) Skakum of Winnipeg; Joy (Harris) Toole of Cambridge; 15 grand-children; one brother Rod (Edith) of Brandon; and four nieces and one nephew and their families. The funeral service was held September 26 from Binscarth Knox United with Rev. Dwight Rutterford officiating. Interment followed in Binscarth. Pallbearers were Kreager Graham, Derrik Graham, Travis Toole, Justin Crowe, Morgan Skakum, and Connor McKay.
