PERCY BIRD

PERCY FRANCIS (OSHASHKO PENESSII) (GOOBS) HOULE BLUE THUNDER BIRD Suddenly on June 1, 2012 Percy started his journey to the spirit world. He leaves to mourn his partner Kirstin McIvor and his son Percy Alex Brian Houle; parents Percy Houle, Kimberley Baptiste; sisters Tiffany, Jodie, Stacey, Brooke, Percyne and Briana; brother Kashtin; nieces and nephews Driana, Louisa, Aiden, Kyle, Kian, Zack, Isaiah, and Shaya; grandparents: Percy and Mary Houle, Don and Sharon McIvor; godparents Al and Judy LeBlanc; special cousins Brendan Flett, Brandon Thompson, Darius Maytwayashing and Chris Baptiste, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Percy was predeceased by his sister Kendra; uncles Glen Maytwayashing and Marcelle Maytwayashing; aunt Margaret Houle; Kokos Doris Baptiste, Pauline Baptiste, Edith Flett and Lena McIvor; Grandpa Stewart McIvor; and his cousin Konelley Houle. Traditional Wake and Prayer Services will be held on Thursday, June 7 beginning at 5:00 p.m. and Friday, June 8 at the Ebb and Flow First Nation Community Complex. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Ebb and Flow First Nation Community Complex with Fr. Eric Zadji officiating. Interment will take place at the Ebb and Flow Cemetery with lunch to follow at the Ebb and Flow Recreational Complex. The family would like to thank the Ebb and Flow First Nation; the Ebb and Flow Education Authority; the fire keepers and all who helped the family during this difficult time.   • Percy and his brother Kashtin came home with me and my granddaughters, to Ashern when I was living there... omg, he ate so much pancake and when the girls asked him if he wanted anymore pancakes, he said: I don't think I'll ever eat pancakes again... I'm so sorry that he had to go home so soon... Lil' Percy, watch over your family, they are going to miss you so terribly... Loads of love nephew..xx
