PATRICIA VIPOND

PATRICIA ANN ELIZABETH VIPOND It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Pat on June 6th, 2012 at the age of 65 years. She died peacefully in her sleep after a serious illness. Pat's early years were spent in the Wolseley area where she started her schooling at Clifton Elementary. The family moved to St. James where she attended Linwood, Dear Lodge Junior High and St. James Collegiate. She then began her working career in Data Processing for the Provincial Department of Health. Pat was the proud grandmother of three wonderful children: Joey, Thomas, and Taylor. Although suffering from poor health for a number of years, she also took great joy visiting her family in North Dakota and appreciated their unwavering support. Pat was predeceased by her parents Reg and Harriet Valentine. Left to mourn her loss are daughters Tannis McKenzie (Scott); Valerie Hornbaker (Chad); the father of her children James Vipond; brother Al Valentine (Bonnie); nephew Dave Valentine (Michelle). In accordance with her wishes, cremation has already taken place. A family celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
