CAROLINE WOLIGROSKI

CAROLINE WOLIGROSKI (nee MAMROCHA) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Caroline Woligroski, age 84 years, on June 17, 2012. Caroline was born in Allegra, Manitoba on February 4, 1928, moving to Winnipeg in 1951. She leaves to cherish her memory, son James (Bonnie); daughter Judith (Kelly); two granddaughters Sherri (Carmelo) and Stacey (Landon); three great-grandchildren, Silvano, Selina and Santino; two sisters Adele Garbolinski of Beausejour, Nellie (Andrew) Klym of Winnipeg; brother Casmir (Doreen) Mamrocha of Beausejour, and sister-in-law Betty Mamrocha of Winnipeg as well as nieces, nephews and friends. Caroline was predeceased by her mother and father (Zigmund and Annie Mamrocha); husband Thomas; two brothers Joe and Edward Mamrocha; one brother-in-law John Garbolinski, sister-in-law Helen Mamrocha, and grandson Scott Woligroski. Pallbearers will be Glen Woligroski, Derek Honke, Landon Schaefer, Carmelo Palumbo, Kelly Baskerville and Eugene Mamrocha. Prayer service will be held Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, reception to follow. Interment will follow the reception at St. Thomas Cemetery, Allegra, Manitoba.   • My mother Blanche (Woligroski) Wazny loved Carrie and enjoyed their (Tom and Carrie)visit to Des Moines, Iowa many years ago. I enjoyed visiting the shop at the Forks and Carrie's wonderful pirogies. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Cousin Judy. Take Care.

  • WHAT A SHOCK! CAROLYN WAS VERY MUCH ADMIRED AND LOVED BY US. A GREAT FRIEND. SHE WAS ALWAYS READY TO TELL US A STORY AND JOKE ABOUT DIFFERENT THINGS. SHE ALWAYS WANTED A GOOD BYE HUG BEFORE WE LEFT FROM HAVING COFFEE AT THE FORKS. SHE WILL BE MISSED, AND OUR VISITS TO THE FORKS WILL NOT BE THE SAME. OUR THOUGHTS WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU.
