FREDERICK DIXON

FREDERICK ARTHUR DIXON It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Fred on June 5, 2012 at Winnipeg, MB, aged 69. Fred is predeceased by his parents Arthur Dixon and Elsie Hicks, and his brother Gary Dixon. He is survived by his niece Wanda Robinson, and her son Brayden and Jacob in Regina, SK, his nephew Lance Dixon (his wife Renee), and his children Layton and Katherine Neepawa, MB, his sister-in-law Lucy Dunlop Mission Lake, SK. A private family internment will be held at a later date at Riverside Memorial Park in Regina, SK.

  • Sad that I'm the first to do this after almost 2 months. Fred was my friend and neighbour of 12 yrs. I saw him almost everyday and miss having drinks of single malts and laughs. There has been a void in my home with his absence. I am planning to have a small get together of friends to drink a bottle of tequilla his former boss had brought back from Mexico years ago that he had saved for a special occasion. I can think of no better occasion. Cheers Fredrick. (There is no "e" in the middle of his name either just for the record)
