JOANNE LOAN

JOANNE CHRISTINE LOAN It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Joanne Christine Loan (nee Pastuch). Joanne left us on Saturday, July 7, 2012, when she went to join her daughter, Amanda. Joanne's life was shortened through her battle with cancer but her vibrant spirit will remain with us forever. Joanne's tremendous capacity to love was felt by everyone whose life she touched. Her door and heart were always open to friends, family and anyone they brought along with them. Joanne never backed down from life's challenges and it is her voice in our heads that will give us the strength to say goodbye. Joanne was pre-deceased by daughter Amanda on March 31, 2012, and is survived by her loving husband Mark as well as parents Flo and Eddy Pastuch; daughter Cassandra (James); stepdaughter Shaila (Will); grandson Carson; sister Jan; nieces Juana, Kathy and Ashley and nephew Jason. A celebration of the lives of Joanne and Amanda will be held at the Kirkfield Westwood Community Club (165 Sansome Avenue) on Thursday, July 12, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Carson's RESP.   • My heartfelt condolences go out to the Loan family. I always looked forward to Joanne's stories about her holidays or weekend escapades. She always had such wonderful stories about Carson, she was so proud of him. We will miss her at the office. God Bless.
