RICKY BRIAN KIPLING February 18, 1960 - July 7, 2012 Our darling brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend succumbed to his long term illness on Saturday, July 7, 2012, with his sisters by his side. Ricky was born on February 18, 1960 in Peguis, Manitoba. He lived at the Manitoba Development Center in Portage la Prairie since February 8, 1994. Ricky was predeceased by parents Mary and George; brother Norman; sister Jean; and by his grandparents, nieces and nephews. Ricky is survived by his brothers, Clifford (Anna), Len, John (Terry), Howard (Corrine), Wallace, and Bernall; his sisters, Margaret, Shirley (Jack), Diane, Linda and Bev; his sister-in-law Sheila; his aunt Agnes Sinclair; numerous nieces and nephews. Our family expresses our heartfelt thanks to M.D.C., doctors, nurses, all staff who assisted in the care and well being of Ricky. We especially thank Kelly Sweeny, Sheldon Hordenski and Jennifer McKelvey, head nurses of the homes at M.D.C. where Ricky lived. There will be a private funeral service at Anderson Family Funeral Home, 9 Railway Avenue in Ashern, Manitoba on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., with Jim Anderson officiating. Luncheon will follow after the service, special thanks to Gladys Yaroshinski for the catering. Interment will follow at St. Peters Anglican Cemetery in Peguis, MB. The Pallbearers will be Len Sitar, Gerald Sitar, Bob Manningway, Wayne Manningway, Lawrence Wilson and James Kipling. God saw you getting tired and when there was no cure to be found, He put His arms out to you and said Come home Rick. We love you our cutes hearts and will miss you forever.
