GERTRUDE HENSON

GERTRUDE (TRUDY) HENSON (nee REICHELT) 1936 - 2012 Peacefully in her sleep, Gertrude Henson passed away at Riverview Health Centre on Saturday, July 21, 2012. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Mary, and son Dale. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband Reg, son George (Xiaoyue), sister Evelyn and brother Norman. She was employed with the Bank of Nova Scotia for 39 years. As per Trudy's wishes cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Trudy's name may be made to the Riverview Health Centre. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111 www.gleneden-mb.ca

  • Trudy, we had many good time together, the 4 of us. Our Bus entertainment trips as well as our trips north to that place of entertainment. You were a good friend and will be missed, I am sure by all those whose heart you touched. You were stubborn and outspoken and that was you, but I know you were loved. Your husband you use to say was a saint for putting up with you but the 2 of you were a match made in heaven,even though you made it there first, be assured your loving Reg will be with you in time.
