SHIRLEY DOWNIE
The family of Shirley Downie announce her passing on September 13, 2025, at the age of 96.
Shirley was predeceased by her husband, Andrew and her parents.
She is survived by her sister, Joyce and her family along with her two sons, Lorne (Maureen) and Scott (Helen) and her daughter, Karen (Brian); four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Special thanks to St. Joseph Personal Care Home for their care, compassion and kindness.

A kind strong lady who I kindly remember giving me toast on days when I would stop by at the Albany St. house and meet Lorne to walk together to Linwood School. Besr Wishes with respect.
