Phil passed away peacefully on Friday, October 24, 2025, at his home in Winnipeg, MB. He will be lovingly remembered by his two daughters, Cindy (Cal) and Rena; his son, Garth; his ten grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Augustine (née Haberstock) and Jacob Graff.
Phil will be remembered for his engaging conversations, unwavering loyalty, and sharp sense of humor. He had a remarkable way of staying connected, always checking in on those he cared about. His warmth, wit, and presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
