Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHAROLD LeROY (HAL) ROEBUCK March 28, 1942 - May 31, 2003 On Saturday, May 31, 2003 Harold (Hal) Roebuck passed away peacefully at the St. Boniface General Hospital at the age of 61 years. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Mabel Roebuck of Woodstock, ON; Bonnie and their children, Brenda, Linda, Jess, Carla and Darlene; seven grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Hal spent many years on Town Council in Beausejour, MB and was proud of his involvement with the community center, Industrial Park, pool, Seniors Centre and the relocation of the Dr. Jesse Seaulteux Centre. He was retired for the Province of Manitoba where he worked for Health and Community, Services to Seniors. Later he was asked to set up the Seniors Directorate and at the time of his retirement was Manager of Municipal Advisors. Hal was a long time member of Winnipeg South Church of the Nazarene and a volunteer at the Canadian Bible Society. His grandchildren were a source of great pride and joy. Our family would like to thank the Palliative Care Unit at the St. Boniface Hospital and Dr. Pickard and Dr. Azevedo for your loving care. A special thank you to Estraleda for your support over the past year. The visits of friends, Mark, Betty and Ken brought Hal great joy. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Hals memory may be made to Siloam Mission or the Canadian Bible Association.
Hals funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fort Richmond Baptist Church, 10 Radcliffe Rd. Interment followed in Glen Lawn Cemetery, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. WOJCIKS ALL BELIEFS & FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM 897 - 4665
